  I have been shopping with them since long and have been collecting stamps for every purchase above £10. Today shopped more than £30 and completed 10 stamps and still staff refused to pay the discount of £5 saying it will be only next shopping! Very unfair... Card clearly shows £5 discount on the 10th stamp; but still they want me to go there again to get £5 discount. They lost a valuable customer today. I have thrown away the card; no use of safe keeping all these months; no more shopping with them. Very unfair treatment to a customer. (shop at York Road , Leeds; staff not friendly).

  Just a walk away from wear I live. Staff are always friendly & willing to help. Shoes I feel are sometimes over priced. Used to be cheaper but feel like the price has risen quite a lot.
