  Very rude and unhelpful. Told me they couldn't help transfer my data to my phone and that it was my job to do it myself. They said I would have to pay. I said I wasn't told that when I upgraded and he said no they don't have to tell you! I have never disliked a company so much.

  The poor service is really shocking. The staff seemed not very interested and gave me obviously wrong information. Asking if they can top up my mobile and getting extra data volume, one member of staff told me that this is not how it works. "I can not top up data volume. This would be not possible at all with virgin". So i had to do it online and all without problems. So it is possible. I think he just gave me the wrong information just because he was not in the mood to help...
