  The staff are so friendly but! When will retailers make it a priority that customers should not queue for more than 10 minutes to buy goods?? It's not as though the place is understaffed yet there were only three people behind the counter and more attention was being paid to making sure clothes were on hangers. If the tills get busy get your staff on there, one packing the other taking the money!! To top it all the bill came to a certain amount plus 5p for the a bag. There was no change in the till whatsoever so was given 95p in 5p pieces! I noticed one guy that had come behind the counter looked at the amount of people waiting and still walked off. On my way out I noticed him talking to another two staff. I approached them and gave them exactly the same feedback you're reading here. Sorry folks but this was slack to say the least!
