  Very disappointing. Good prices but poor service. I ordered 4 tyres from Halfords and left the car with them. When I was phoned to collect the car I was told they could not test drive it as the oil level was below the low mark on the dipstick. This upset me as the car had been serviced (elsewhere) only two weeks before and I thought that either that service had been bodged or there was something seriously wrong with the engine. I went to Halfords and before starting the engine I checked the oil level and found it was just below the FULL level. I went back into the reception and was told by the mechanic that it was low when he checked it! I was annoyed at his attitude. I went back to the car and the mechanic came out and I asked him to check it, which he did. He agreed that the level was nearly full, said "Whatever" and walked off. I then checked the tyre pressures before driving off. They should all have been 32 psi. One was 30, two were 32 and one 35 psi. I did not go back to discuss this.

  I am sorry to say this time i have had bad experience with this center. I went there for Tyre change. The guy who attended me was very rude and unhelpful. He tried his best to rip me off on wheel key (£50), later I personally showed him where it should be in the car (He pretended later that he missed the key from his eyesight by mistake). Moreover, he broke my sunglasses (OKley , very expensive) during search of my glove box and arm rest for wheel key. He needed to be careful with the customer's belongings.
