  Long waits, but at least you don't pay £2000 to eat glass like at Gucci's over the road from this place. Food here is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. Expensive but worth the money, if jewelery is to your taste, that is.

  Took my watch in to be fixed. Took them 6 weeks to get a quote then once the quote was £59 (a pin for a watch) I asked for the watch back. Took another 3 weeks to get back to shop. Then when i complaint they gave me a free pin (What was to small and the watch as soon as my wife put it on her wrist). Then I took it into the watch repair shop in Debenhams what about 50 meters away from h Samuels and they fixed it in under 5 minutes and didn't charge me for the pin. Use to get all my watches and rings from here but not no more. Bad service.
