  Bought all my bikes from these over the years. With the last one I bought all the accessories and for some reason I then checked their price against competition and to my horror discovered that they were 20% higher. Went back and asked if they could do anything only to be accused of 'wanting something for nothing' by one guy. Thankfully someone else had customer service skills and dealt with it professionally. The price of the bike was OK but accessories are not well priced. Having been a customer most of my life I will not return thanks to the silly throw away comment of one individual.
