  Horrible after sales service, don't use them. The fitter (who also happens to be the owner of the shop) fitted our rollers blinds wrong way round such that it rolled in instead of rolling out. I called in to the shop, the sales staff were very helpful and suggested fitter to be sent again to fix it. The same man aka the owner came in after few days and after examining the blinds said the blinds have been turned around by someone after they were initially fitted. According to him he didn't fit them wrong way. My wife was aghast and didn't know what to tell. We won't purposely do such a thing to harass anyone and if it was done by mistake we would admit it. But he insisted it was altered by someone after his initial fitting until he stepped out of the house. He did fix the blinds eventually but this behaviour is not acceptable. We pay to get quality product and quality service. He probably thinks the service is not that important. During both his visits he maintained pretty grumpy face. I was his repeat customer but that's it he has lost me now. Guys keep clear!!!
