  Purchased a new I Phone X at Christmas for my wife and the problems started.....It instantly developed an issue with flashing on the screen - We took the phone back and was told it was fixed. It then started to overheat and turn itself off then the flashing started again... We went back to Apple in Leeds and asked for a replacement - They were unwilling because the phone was over 14 days old!!! They replaced the screen and told us that that would rectify the issues. After two days its all started again... After spending over £1,000 on the new phone Apple will not help.. Come on Apple play fair.

  Admittedly, people have varied experiences at this store, as I have seen in various reviews. However I believe a lot of research is required before visiting this store to have a pleasant experiences as there are many policies and possible trip-ups. But as long as you come with good knowledge you can walk away with a bargain. I was looking to buy a new MacBook Pro and with Matt's help, along with his co-workers, I was able to walk away with a 15-inch MacBook Pro. Superb staff & service. Will be returning if I need any further help!
