    What a terrible experience! I visited here around a year ago and the manicurist caught my cuticle and it bled badly. I wasn't happy and vowed to not return. Fast forward a year, and my Mum told me she'd booked herself in for a manicure and pedicure. I went with her to see if anything had changed. The therapist was lovely and the treatments went well, until Mum realised that her nails had already chipped. The therapist fixed this and carried on with her pedicure. When it came time to pay we were in for a big shock. Mum had been charged more than she originally was quoted (£10 more) The response when we challenged this was "that's the price" I asked for a manager and was told he wasn't in they day. We paid, and I asked that my details be passed to the manager to call me. We went on to have lunch and during this Mum's nails began to chip and crack. She was going away the next day, so ended up going to another salon to get these fixed. I had to chase up the manager for a response. Finally getting hold of him I was told he'd look into it and call me back. I waited a week. I had to call again. I was met with a disinterested staff member. I told her if I didn't hear from someone within 24hrs I would take to social media. I received a call from someone who told me she could sort my issue and would refund me money for a poor manicure. I explained I wanted this refunded as well as the extra we'd been charged for a pedicure. She had to get approval from her boss and we went back and forth on the phone. The last thing I heard from them was over a week ago when I was promised "a call back in literally 5 minutes" I think it's really poor of a company to treat its customers this way. The customer service is shocking. None of the girls in the shop seemed to care about our concerns and at least two of the girls walked off laughing. I'd recently been diagnosed with Bells Palsy and the look one of these young girls gave me as my face was dropping was disgusting. It's no wonder they find this service acceptable if the management can't even honour their own promises. Really disappointed. The shop has such good promise. I thought I'd found a great place to bring my friends for a pamper session. Turns out I haven't. I don't like to write negative reviews, but when a company has had every chance of fixing their mistakes, and still don't come good, I have no choice.
