  I bought my daughter some school shoes from the Broadway store just before they broke up for the Christmas holidays, the staff in there measured her feet and advised on which would be best for her feet. After been back at school for only 2 weeks the shoes was falling apart so I took them back on saturday but said shoes are now in the sale and as I didn't have my receipt I could only get the sale price of off another pair or get the same ones (which they didn't have in stock) so I travelled to whiterose with the shoes to get the same ones again. The staff in there couldn't believe the state of the shoes and don't understand how they had gotten so bad in such a short space of time so they remeasured her feet. The shoes I had been sold in the first place was far too big and didn't fit her foot right at all. So they tried on as many pairs as they needed to untill they was happy with the fit. I got the full amount of money knocked of a brand new pair. The staff and manager went above and beyond and I am really greatful
