  It really is a poor shop, they don't take care of anything and they obviously don't check much of what they buy... All games they sell the disks are still in the case on shelf, i always check them and most are very badly scratched, most Xbox games have big rings round the disk from moving the Xbox while its spinning the disk.... That's a clear sign they don't check them... The shop is far too small! And this is for all Cash Con shops... CHANGE THE STICKERS!!! The stickers you use are by far the worst stickers.... They are impossible sometimes to get off and when you do they leave a big sticky patch behind that just ruins most things... Like i found a rare gaming item in there, got home tried to get the sticker off but it just ruined the box! Bought a PS3 a few days ago and the sticker has left all the glue behind which makes it look bad... Surly they know how bad they are so why do they put them on?

  Very poor customer service. I had bought a Ipod from them which became faulty after 1 use. They promised to repair or replace which they did neither, so I was offered a refund. This whole process took around 4/5 weeks and not once did they call me - I had to call them. The last call I made to them they said they will call me back in a few hours after they've contacted the repair guy for an update. I still had to call them back later that same day! An overall frustrating experience with them.

  Will never ever use this store again. Borrowed money against my expensive cannon digital camera. Went to get it back and a member of staff had stolen it. Offered me 20% of the cameras value. I can not stress enough how bad this store is. The camera was a present and it upsets me i was in such a bad position i needed to borrow money against it but to then have it stolen by a shop assistant. I can not stress enough how much you should stay away from this store
